Facilities I received treatment at

Below you will find the facilities in which I found treatment at!

Stanford Trauma Center

Stanford Trauma Center- Palo Alto, California: https://stanfordhealthcare.org
I spent about 14 days here, receiving top of the line, constant care. This is the facility that the paramedics took me the night that I got hurt and was first in the coma. Most of the docs where extraordinarily tight lipped, as I was a young person with my whole life ahead of me, they simply did not want to say much because they just did not know for sure. Although even though they were rather hush-hush with the information, they did tell my parents that my C.T. scan was not as bad as they were expecting.

Kaiser Permanente- Redwood City, California: https://thrive.kaiserpermanente.org/care-near-you/northern-california/redwoodcity/I spent about 21 days here, where I finally woke up from my coma. Although I had awoken, I really do not remember any part of my stay here. Although I was told that I received very VERY good care here.

Saratoga Sub-Acute: subacutesaratoga.com/

I spent about 6 weeks here. This is a place that I am not particularly fond of when I am re-told stories of my time there but, now I understand this was a place in which I needed to be.

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center- Santa Clara, California https://www.scvmc.org/

I spent about 6 weeks here, where I tried to finish up my hospital recovery. Only at the very end of my stay did I begin to really begin to become more aware of what had happened to me and what my future would be like. Ultimately things were entirely a question and nobody really knew what would become of me. At this facility I had the honor of having some of my biggest fans and coaches visit me and allow me to feel less alone.
